AspirA Health Global

Current Work and Projects

Building Healthier Communities

At Aspira Health Global, we are building innovative healthcare, mental wellbeing, and community support programs that improve outcomes, expand access to care, and empower individuals and organizations worldwide. Our work combines clinical expertise, Measurement-Based Care (MBC), Continuous Wellbeing Monitoring (CWM), artificial intelligence, care navigation, and digital health tools to support healthcare providers, schools, employers, nonprofits, governments, and communities.

Across all of our programs, Aspira's mission remains consistent: to improve health, wellbeing, and quality of life through innovation, early intervention, community engagement, and evidence-based care. By combining technology, compassionate support, strategic partnerships, and measurable outcomes, we are working to create a future where every person has access to the tools and support they need to live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

Expanding Our Provider Network

Aspira is actively developing a multi-state healthcare provider network and management services organization (MSO), beginning in California, Nevada, and Minnesota, with plans to expand nationwide and eventually globally. Our network supports behavioral health, primary care, specialty care, care navigation, and value-based healthcare initiatives. Through strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, provider groups, hospitals, and telehealth organizations, we are creating scalable models that improve patient outcomes while reducing the administrative burden on clinicians.

Aspira Continuous Wellbeing Monitoring™ (CWM)

One of our flagship initiatives is the Aspira Continuous Wellbeing Monitoring™ (CWM) program, built upon evidence-based Measurement-Based Care (MBC) principles. This program helps individuals, families, schools, healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations monitor emotional, mental, physical, and social wellbeing through regular assessments, personalized insights, and care navigation support. Our goal is to identify concerns earlier, improve outcomes, reduce crisis events, and help people thrive throughout every stage of life.

Global Programs

Aspira is working with partners throughout Africa and other regions to expand access to mental health, psychosocial support, and wellbeing services in underserved communities. Current initiatives include programs in refugee camps, schools, rural communities, and healthcare settings focused on emotional resilience, trauma support, youth development, caregiver training, community health worker education, and digital wellbeing monitoring. Through partnerships with local organizations, universities, healthcare providers, and NGOs, we are building scalable solutions that can improve the lives of millions of people worldwide.

SBIR Research Grant

Aspira is preparing for a federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) pilot focused on improving outcomes for individuals with autism and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. The project will evaluate innovative approaches that combine wellbeing monitoring, AI-assisted care navigation, caregiver support, educational resources, and digital health technologies to improve quality of life, caregiver engagement, and access to services. The initiative is being developed in collaboration with healthcare providers, universities, disability organizations, and community partners.

Senior Wellbeing Program

Our Senior Health and Wellbeing Program is designed to support older adults through proactive wellbeing monitoring, social connection, mental health screening, chronic disease support, care coordination, caregiver engagement, and healthy aging resources. The program aims to reduce isolation, identify risks earlier, improve quality of life, and help seniors remain independent and connected to their communities.

Post-Discharge Program

Aspira is launching a Post-Discharge Recovery Program to support patients transitioning home after hospitalization, behavioral health treatment, residential treatment, emergency department visits, and other healthcare encounters. Through ongoing wellbeing monitoring, assessments, care navigation, referrals, and engagement tools, the program helps reduce readmissions, improve treatment adherence, identify emerging concerns early, and support long-term recovery.

School Wellbeing Program

Our School Wellbeing Program supports students, educators, and families through mental health education, emotional resilience training, wellbeing assessments, peer support initiatives, teacher wellbeing programs, and early intervention strategies. These programs are designed to improve student success, strengthen school communities, reduce stigma, and provide schools with actionable insights to support student wellbeing.

AI Care Navigator

Aspira is developing next-generation AI-powered care navigation solutions that help individuals identify resources, access support services, complete wellbeing assessments, receive personalized guidance, and connect with healthcare professionals when needed. These innovations are designed to enhance—not replace—human care by making support more accessible, affordable, and scalable.

africa Partners

Our Work in Africa

Aspira has partnered with schools, healthcare providers, NGOs, teaching institutions, and government aligned organizations across Africa to improve healthcare, mental health, and wellbeing through innovative digital tools, training, and community support programs. We are active participants in several initiatives within the Global Mental Health Action Network (GMHAN), helping advance global mental health and healthcare innovation.

Together with our African partners, we are launching pilots using our Aspire Health Toolkit, AI Care Navigator, Measurement Based Care (MBC) platform, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in schools and underserved communities, including the COOM School in Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi and new school initiatives in Kenya. These programs help improve early identification, emotional wellbeing, care coordination, and access to support services.

Aspira has also formed a growing global research network with African partners to collaborate on research grants and healthcare initiatives with organizations such as the World Health Organization and other global NGOs. Our local Care Navigators and partners in Africa help implement programs and expand innovative healthcare solutions within schools, healthcare systems, and community and government programs across Africa.
