We are leading a global strategy to establish Measurement-Based Care (MBC) as a new standard across healthcare systems by offering a scalable, evidence-based approach to monitoring health and behavioral outcomes. With access to over 400 validated psychosocial and chronic health assessments and customized assessments, our MBC platform enables providers, researchers, governments, and NGOs to capture real-time data on individual and population-level health status across any program or disease area. By embedding MBC into clinical workflows, community programs, and research initiatives, we provide a powerful tool to track impact, identify needs, and improve outcomes with precision.
