 The Aspira Health Global Research Network (ARN) is a collaborative initiative led by Aspira Health Global to unite U.S.-based and international researchers in advancing evidence-based solutions in health, mental health, digital health innovation, and equitable healthcare delivery. ARN serves as a dynamic platform for academic institutions, independent researchers, and clinical partners to co-design and evaluate real-world interventions that improve well-being and health outcomes across underserved populations. With a strong focus on implementation science and cross-sector collaboration, ARN supports grant-funded research projects aligned with major funders. 

Our research partners gain access to Aspira’s global implementation network, secure healthcare population health data platforms, technology tools and services, expert healthcare management partners and services, and our evidence based healthcare toolkits and resources. to co-lead research that bridges the gap between innovation and impact. By fostering global-local partnerships, the network is helping shape the future of health equity through rigorous, scalable, and community-driven research.

In California, our newly launched Aspira Global Healthcare Group is actively implementing insurance-reimbursed programs such as Measurement-Based Care (MBC) and Chronic Care Management (CCM), providing scalable, value-based care that is financially supported through Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance payers. 

These services not only improve patient outcomes but also generate recurring revenue to reinvest into research and innovation. By building on this U.S.-based success model, we are creating pathways to replicate and adapt similar revenue-generating programs in global markets. The Aspire Health Toolkit  is a comprehensive digital platform designed to support mental health, emotional well-being, and whole-person care through evidence-based resilience tools, and guided self-help resources from the world's most advanced and proven sources and partners. Developed for use by individuals, healthcare providers, NGO's, schools, Payers, Employers, governmental entities and community organizations, the toolkit empowers users with culturally adaptable, easy-to-implement tools that promote proactive care and self-awareness. 

As part of our research and innovation strategy, the Aspire Health Toolkit, and other customized versions tailored for youth, refugees, employees, and other populations globally, will be integrated into global research projects to evaluate and improve population health outcomes, inform policy, and scale community-driven interventions worldwide.

We are leading a global strategy to establish Measurement-Based Care (MBC) as a new standard across healthcare systems by offering a scalable, evidence-based approach to monitoring health and behavioral outcomes. With access to over 400 validated psychosocial and chronic health assessments and customized assessments, our MBC platform enables providers, researchers, governments, and NGOs to capture real-time data on individual and population-level health status across any program or disease area. By embedding MBC into clinical workflows, community programs, and research initiatives, we provide a powerful tool to track impact, identify needs, and improve outcomes with precision. Our goal is to make MBC the foundation for outcome-driven healthcare delivery and research globally, ensuring that every project, whether focused on mental health, chronic disease, or social determinants, can measure what matters and act on it effectively.

Biksegn Asrat Yirdaw, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Global Mental Health at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, with expertise in mental health policy, MHPSS program development, and research across Africa and global health settings, and has served as a consultant to WHO, Africa CDC, and the UK Health Security Agency. The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) is a world‑leading public health university based in London, renowned for its research, education, and global impact in improving health outcomes across the globe. 

Dr. Tulenko is a global health systems expert, founder and CEO of Corvus Health, and a leading voice on health workforce innovation with experience advising the World Bank, WHO, and USAID

Andrés Matkovich is a clinical psychologist and mental health researcher based in Argentina with over 15 years of experience in public health, community mental health, and rights-based psychosocial support, and is active in Global South research networks focused on equitable care.

Dr. Jackson Shawa is a Zambian medical doctor and public health specialist with clinical and research expertise in psychiatry, mental health systems, and community-based health interventions across underserved population

Valentine Mteki is a Tanzanian Assistant Nursing Officer and mental health researcher dedicated to youth-centered HIV and mental health advocacy, currently leading district programs and research through the Ifakara Health Institute and Siha District Hospital.

Dr. Yassin M. Yesuf, PhD, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, University of Gondar (UoG), is a seasoned mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) specialist and public health leader from Ethiopia, with extensive experience managing humanitarian health programs and advising governments, NGOs, and UN agencies across East Africa.
