Aspira offers a comprehensive Measurement-Based Care (MBC) program using the CarePaths MBC platform to deliver secure, evidence-based psychosocial and customized assessments that accurately track the mental-health status over time, score symptom changes, and clearly show progress or decline. Aspira’s MBC model brings accuracy, safety, and measurable improvement to every level of care. Through automated alerts, our system immediately notifies assigned care teams, counselors, parents, or family members when a client is at risk for suicidality or experiencing an emotional crisis, enabling rapid intervention and preventing harm.
Our Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) program helps people heal not only from trauma, but also from depression, anxiety, grief, chronic stress, and other mental health challenges. Research shows EMDR can improve emotional regulation, reduce physical symptoms linked to stress, and enhance overall mental wellbeing. At Aspira, we combine EMDR with our Aspire Health Toolkit and measurement-based care to ensure patients achieve lasting recovery and greater resilience in daily life.

Our Senior Well Being Check In Program offers gentle, ongoing check ins designed specifically for older adults. Families gain peace of mind, seniors feel supported, and care teams can respond early when support is needed.
Measurement-Based Care (MBC) involves using brief, evidence-based assessments at regular intervals to track a patient’s progress, symptoms, and overall wellbeing. Research shows that MBC can improve clinical outcomes by over 42%, while also strengthening patient engagement and the therapeutic alliance between patients and providers. By openly sharing progress and adjusting care in real time, MBC helps patients feel more involved in their healing journey and ensures providers deliver the most effective, personalized care possible.
EMDR is a type of therapy that helps your brain make sense of distressing memories, without having to re-tell the entire story repeatedly. During EMDR, you bring an upsetting memory to mind while gently following side-to-side eye movements or other kinds of bilateral stimulation (like sounds or tapping). This helps your brain process the memory in a healthier way, reducing its emotional intensity and allowing you to feel more calm and in control. EMDR isn’t just for trauma, many people find it helps with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and overall mental wellbeing too.
