AspirA Health Global

aspira global healthcare group

Aspira Health Global is forming a new provider group, the Aspira Global Healthcare Group. We are launching in San Diego County with a bold vision to expand across California, nationally, and ultimately worldwide. Starting as a behavioral health group and growing into a multi-specialty network for all levels of care and provider types, we are committed to removing barriers for healthcare providers.

Management Services Organization

With over 30 years experience as a Management Services Organization (MSO) and our new Clinically Integrated Delivery Network under Aspira Health Global, we make it easier for providers to contract with payers by handling billing, credentialing, and administrative operations.

New Revenues for Providers

Psychological Assessments - MBC

Our Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) program helps people heal not only from trauma, but also from depression, anxiety, grief, chronic stress, and other mental health challenges. Research shows EMDR can improve emotional regulation, reduce physical symptoms linked to stress, and enhance overall mental wellbeing. At Aspira, we combine EMDR with our Aspire Health Toolkit and measurement-based care to ensure patients achieve lasting recovery and greater resilience in daily life.

information about our programs

EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

EMDR is a type of therapy that helps your brain make sense of distressing memories, without having to re-tell the entire story repeatedly. During EMDR, you bring an upsetting memory to mind while gently following side-to-side eye movements or other kinds of bilateral stimulation (like sounds or tapping). This helps your brain process the memory in a healthier way, reducing its emotional intensity and allowing you to feel more calm and in control. EMDR isn’t just for trauma, many people find it helps with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and overall mental wellbeing too.

Measurement Based Care

Measurement-Based Care (MBC) involves using brief, evidence-based assessments at regular intervals to track a patient’s progress, symptoms, and overall wellbeing. Research shows that MBC can improve clinical outcomes by over 42%, while also strengthening patient engagement and the therapeutic alliance between patients and providers. By openly sharing progress and adjusting care in real time, MBC helps patients feel more involved in their healing journey and ensures providers deliver the most effective, personalized care possible.

How it works!

  • Complete a brief questionnaire about your current mood, stress, and overall wellbeing.
  • Review your results with your provider, talk about any changes since your last visit.
  • Discuss what’s working well, and what’s hard, so care can be adjusted if needed.
  • Use the insight to guide our session together, decide if we continue, shift focus, or set new goals.

To understand more about how MBC benefits mental health, check out this helpful overview by our partner Greenspace Health, a leader in mental health measurement platforms.
